SUBJECT: Transmitting Resolution No. 219-25, Draft 2; a Resolution
Transferring/Appropriating an Appropriation Out and From a Designated Fund
Account and Crediting Same to a Designated Fund Account to assist the
Department of Parks and Recreation with expenses relating to tree removal and
tennis court improvements in Council District 9.
Transmitting herewith is Resolution No. 219-25, Draft 2. Resolution No. 219-25 was amended
with the contents of Communication No. 342.1 and duly approved by the Council on
June 18, 2025.
The Council voted to suspend Rule No. 23-1(d) of the Rule of Procedure and Organization of the
Council, which requires the holdover of a substantively amended resolution on final reading, and
adopted Resolution No. 219-25, as amended to Draft 2.
