A list of developers in possession of excess affordable housing credits and the number of affordable housing credits each developer has earned, sold, or transferred, redeemed, and remains in possession of as of the end of the quarterly reporting period. See Exhibit 1. 2. Summary of the Current Affordable Housing Inventory. See Exhibit 2. This list represents an inventory of known affordable housing projects within the County of Hawaii. This list includes housing projects owned by private, non- profit, or governmental entities, developed with funding or support from federal, state or county resources. 3.
