REQUEST FOR EXECUTIVE SESSION
Dear Chairman Inaba and Hawaii County Council Members:
Pursuant to Section 92-5(a)(4), Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended, we
request an attorney -client confidential discussion in executive session to consult with the County
Council on questions and issues pertaining to its powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and
liabilities regarding the above -entitled matter, including settlement discussion.
We respectfully request that this claim be placed on the Council's agenda for October 8,
2025 to discuss matters regarding Council approval.
