To our County Counsel,
live in the Papaya Farms Rd subdivision, on a gravel road that requires constant maintenance.
We barely get by with only 75% of residents contributing to the upkeep of the road, and often the road
has big potholes. Anything that would encourage that last 25% of residents to contribute to the road
would be a blessing for us.
urge you to support Bill 38, and Communication 203.5 to make road dues deductible from our
property tax bill.
