Re: Amend Bill 78
Bill 78 was transmitted to Council on August 18, 2025 to add appropriations to Ordinance 25-46,
the Capital Budget, for the Department of Finance's "Land/Facility Acquisitions"and
"Land/Facility Acquisitions-Federal"projects and to appropriate $2,000,000 to the Capital
Budget for these projects. The Department of Finance wishes to amend Bill 78 in order to make
the following changes in Section I to correct the account number for the Land/Facility
Acquisitions—Federal project (material to be deleted is bracketed and stricken; material to be
added is underscored):
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 25-46, as amended,is hereby amended by adding the
following project:
