Section 3. Chapter 24, article 10, division 4, section 24-276, schedule 24 (Crosswalks),
subsection (b) North Hilo, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (1995 edition), is amended by
deleting the following item:
[(1) Mamalahoa Highway, in front of the Papaaloa Theater.]
This item in the traffic code is being deleted because the Papaaloa Theater is not in operation and
the building has been demolished.
