The estimated annual cost of the agreement would be up to $192,022, with a term of up to 20 years. Funds would be used by the Police Department for training, travel, specialized gear, and equipment. Funds would be used by the Police Department to purchase a new Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry instrument.
