The Mass Transit Agency requests the Hawaii County Council's approval for the
authorization to award funds to People for Active Transportation Hawai'i (PATH), a
Hawai'i nonprofit organization, in the amount of $240,000.00 for the HIBIKE bike share
program_ These funds will cover day to day operations and maintenance of the
program.
