Re: An ordinance amending Chapter 24, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (1995
Edition), Relating to Vehicles and Traffic.
Corporation Counsel reviewed the amendment to Chapter 24 of the Hawaii County Code
as requested in your letter of April 11, 2000. Deputy Corporation Counsel Frederick
Giannini has found that the language in the bill is legally appropriate.
