and final reading at the meeting of the Hawai'i County
Council on August 6, 2025, by vote as listed below:
Ordinance 25.61 (Bill 69): An Ordinance providing
for the cost of Public Water System Improvements in
'Improvement District No. 21- Ild Place Water System,
Improvements", fodng the portion of the cost to be
assessed against benefited assessment units, adopting
a final assessment roll, imposing an assessment lien
against each assessment unit assessed according to
the assessment, providing for payment of assessments
In installments, and authorbing further actions by the
Director of Finance. AYES: Council Members, Hustace,
Kagnuda, Kaneall'i-Kleinfelder, Kieddewirz, Kimball,
Onishi, Villages and Chair Inaba. - 8. NOES: None
ABSENT., Counciimember Galimba -1. EXCUSED: None
Ordinance 25.62 (Bill 70): An Ardinance to amend
Ordinance No. 25-45, as amended, the Operating
Budget for the County of Hawai'I for the fiscal year
