SUBJECT: Contingency Relief Funds (Council District 9)
Council District 9 proposes to appropriate its Contingency Relief funds to the Department of
Research and Development to provide a grant to Hawaii Farmers Union Foundation to assist
with expenses for its 2025 Hawaii Farmers Union Convention.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of $2,500 from the Clerk -Council Services —
Contingency Relief account to the following account and project:
