Re: Contingency Relief Funds (Council District 5)
Contingency Relief funds from Council District 5 will be appropriated to the Department of
Liquor Control to provide a grant to the Grassroots Community Development Group (GCDG) to
assist with expenses for the 1 lth Annual Hawaii Island All Nations Powwow.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of $5,000 from the Clerk -Council Services —
Contingency Relief account to the following account and project:
