COUNTY OF HA.WAI`I <br />JNZV or if <br />1rf OF•x►..t+ <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />STATE OF HAWAI`I <br />BILL NO. 92 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.25-46, AS AMENDED, RELATING <br />TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND THE FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL' <br />YEAR JULY 1, 2025 TO JUNE 30, 2026. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`I: <br />SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 25-46, as amended, is hereby amended by increasing the <br />following appropriation in the amount specified hereinbelow: <br />PUBLIC WORKS: <br />Mohouli Street Rehabilitation $ 635,000 <br />(1110-31-38191) <br />Mohouli Street Rehabilitation - Federal $ 2,550,000 <br />(1110-31-38190) <br />SECTION 2. Funds for this project shall be provided from: <br />General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund - $ 635,000 <br />Fund Balance and/or other Sources <br />Federal Grants Receivable $ 2,550,000 <br />SECTION 3.
