ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 25-45, AS AMENDED, THE OPERATING
BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAPI FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING DUNE 30, 2026.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAPI:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 25-45, as amended, is hereby further amended. by appropriating
revenues in the following amount to the fund as set forth in Section 2.

SECTION 2. The foregoing amount as specified in Section 1 hereof is hereby appropriated to the
fund and expenditure account as set forth hereinbelow:

SECTION 3. A fmal report, or the final report required by the grantor; shall be submitted to the
