Re: Resolution for multi -year lease

Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the payment of funds for more than one fiscal year, for a new
multi -year lease agreement for a multi -function color copy machine for the Department of
Research and Development. The estimated monthly cost will be approximately $120. The lease
for the current copier will expire in September 2025, and the department wishes to enter into a
new lease agreement.
