AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 25-46, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND THE FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 2025 TO JUNE 30, 2026.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI‘I:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 25-46, as amended, is hereby amended by increasing the following appropriation in the amount specified hereinbelow:
PUBLIC WORKS:
Mohouli Street Rehabilitation

Mohouli Street Rehabilitation - Federal
(1110-31-38190)

$ 2,550,000
SECTION 2. Funds for this project shall be provided from:
General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund -
Fund Balance and/or other Sources
Federal Grants Receivable

SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
