To Whom it may concern:
Bill 51 a cruel and inhumane bill which will result in starving cats, a feline population explosion and extreme upsetting of
tourists. Having been involved in abandoned cat management for 19 years and over the years, can testify to the
reduction to 1000s of unborn kittens with the spay/neuter program (TNR) I can assure you that without the volunteers
feeding homeless cats, a feline population explosion will occur and tourist negativity will be off the charts. On a daily
basis, I have people stopping by while I am feeding and thank me for caring for the cats and sharing stories of their own
cats and TNR efforts. I can't even imagine sharing with them that the county wants to starve the cats to death and
criminalize feeding activities. ,., cn

PS What is the cost of enforcement of this program? Is the highest priority and best use of tax dollars?
