Plan for Accessibility to Public Facilities
Dear Chairman Arakaki,
The Disability and Communication Access Board supports the adoption of the County of Hawaii's
Self Evaluation and Transition Plan For Accessibility to Public Facilities as presented in Resolution
261-00. The Board found the Plan to contain no major issues of noncompliance to the technical
requirements of Title 11 of the Americans with Disabilities Act or to the Consent Decree and Order
filed in Russell et. al. v. County of Hawaii.
