AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 25-45, AS AMENDED, THE OPERATING
BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`I FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2026.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAPI:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 25-45, as amended, is hereby further amended by appropriating
revenues in the following amount to the fund as set forth in Section 3.

SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 25-45, as amended, is hereby further amended by decreasing the
following appropriation in the specified amount and transferring it to the fund as set forth in Section 3.

SECTION 3. The foregoing amounts as specified in Sections 1 and 2 hereof are hereby appropriated
