Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 92, reports as follows:
Bill No. 92, transmitted by Public Works Civil Engineer Alexander Kalawe via Communication
No. 540, dated September 23, 2025, amends Ordinance No. 25-46, as amended, relating to public
improvements and financing thereof for the fiscal year July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026.
This bill increases the Public Works Mohouli Street Rehabilitation Project ($635,000) and the Mohouli
Street Rehabilitation — Federal Project ($2,550,000) to the Capital Budget. Funds for these projects shall
be provided from General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund — Fund Balance and/or other Sources
($635,000) and Federal Grants Receivable ($2,550,000).
There was no discussion on this matter.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 92, and recommends its
passage on first reading.
