COMMITTEE ON FINANCE
Re: Comm. No. 542/Res. No. 342-25
Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 342-25, reports as follows:
Resolution No. 342-25, transmitted by Research and Development Director Benson Medina via
Communication No. 542, dated September 18, 2025, authorizes the payment of funds of later fiscal
years to enter into a lease agreement for one multifunction copy machine to be used by the
Department of Research and Development.
This resolution authorizes the Mayor to enter into a five-year lease agreement with an approximate
monthly cost of $120.
There was no discussion on this matter.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Resolution No. 342-25, and
recommends its adoption.
