Re: Comm. No. 51 l/Res. No. 319-25
Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 319-25, reports as follows:
Resolution No. 319-25, transmitted by Prosecuting Attorney Kelden B. A. Waltjen via
Communication No. 511, dated September 16, 2025, authorizes the payment of funds of later fiscal
years to enter into a lease agreement for two multifunction copy machines to be used by the Office
of the Prosecuting Attorney.
This resolution authorizes the Mayor to enter into a five-yer lease agreement with an approximate total
cost of $13,000 per year, to be used by the department's Hilo and Kona offices.
There was no discussion on this matter.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Resolution No. 319-25, and
recommends its adoption.
