Aloha, I live on a gravel road in a private subdivision, and at times it has almost become impassable to
drive on. Not only for the residents, but fire and police as well.
Bill 38 could help pull reluctant property owners to pay their fair share of the road dues for
maintenance. 1 urge you to pass Bill 38, making their dues deductible from property tax.
