My name is Tom Cumming. I am a resident of Hawaiian Shores Recreational Estates (HSRE) and Vice
President of our HOA, Hawaiian Shores Community Association (HSCA). Many of our roads are used by
the general public, yet homeowners who live in HSRE pay to maintain our roads. Over 90% of the traffic
on the.road that I live on is through traffic. This is unfair to the residents of our subdivision.
BIll38 will make paying for the maintenance of these roads more equitable. Please vote YES on bill38.
