In Support Bill 38
I am a property tax -paying homeowner in a private subdivision that meets all of the criteria for road
maintenance contribution tax relief. I strongly support Bill 38 as providing a mechanism for material
support to residents such as myself who are part of small neighborhood associations struggling to
maintain and improve substandard private roads.
