My name is Jeff Sargent and I am the current President of the Hawaiian Shores Community
Association Homeowners Association. I am writing in support of Bill 38 Draft 2. $75 of our
current Hawaiian Shores annual assessment goes toward road maintenance in our community.
With the ever -rising costs of insurance, goods, materials, and services coupled with recent
decreases in benefits, programs, and social networks along with inflation and minimum wage
increases, tax relief such as this bill proposes will go a long way toward stabilizing many of our
residents' financial situation. It is a positive step forward and I eagerly support the bill and it's
benefit to the community.
