20 OF THE HAWAI`I COUNTY CODE 1983 (2016 EDITION, AS
AMENDED), RELATING TO PLASTIC AND POLYSTYRENE WASTE.
Transmitted herewith is Bill No. 83, Draft 2
During its meeting on October 8, 2025, the Policy Committee on Environmental and Natural
Resource Management amended Bill No. 83 with the contents of Communication Nos. 482.1,
482.3, 482.6, 482.7, 482.8, and 482.9, resulting in the attached draft.
The Committee then voted to postpone Bill No. 83, as amended to Draft 2, to its meeting
scheduled for October 21, 2025.
