SUBJECT: Proposed Amendment to Resolution No. 320-25; A RESOLUTION
EXPRESSING SUPPORT FOR DUE PROCESS AND THE PROTECTION OF
CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS FOR ALL RESIDENTS OF THE COUNTY OF
HAWAI'I.
Transmitted herewith is a proposed amendment to Resolution No. 320-25. The amendment is
shown below in Ramseyer format with respect to the content of Resolution No. 320-25; material
to be added is underscored and material to be deleted is bracketed and stricken.
Resolution No. 320-25 is amended by amending the final resolving clause to read as follows:
"BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall transmit a copy of this
resolution to the Honorable Joshua B. Green M.D. Governor of the State of Hawaii: the
Honorable Brian E. Schatz United States Senator: the Honorable Mazie K. Hirono, United
States Senator: the Honorable Edward Case United States Representative: the Honorable Jill
Tokuda United States Representative; the Honorable Ronald D. Kouchi, President of the
