RE: Proposed Amendment to Bill No. 85; an Ordinance Chapter 15, Article 8, Section
15-68.1, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2016 Edition, as Amended), Relating
to Parks.
Transmitted herewith is the above -entitled measure. The amendment is shown below in
Ramseyer format with respect to the contents of Bill No. 85; material to be added is underscored.
SECTION 1 of Bill No. 85, which amends chapter 15, article 8, section 15-68.1, of the Hawaii
County Code 1983 (2016 Edition, as amended) by amending the listing for "KYpapa Park" in the
"North Kona" table of the parks and recreational facility schedule, is amended to read as follows:
"Ki a a Park 7-7-008:020,021 023 031 100"
Due to the limited scope of this amendment, a copy of the new draft of this bill that would result
if this proposed amendment were to be adopted is not attached.
