Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 343-25, reports as follows:
Resolution No. 343-25, transmitted by Civil Defense Administrator Talmadge Magno via
Communication No. 543, dated September 19, 2025, authorizes the payment of funds of later fiscal
years to enter into a lease agreement for one multifunction copy machine to be used by the Civil
Defense Agency.
This resolution authorizes the Mayor to enter into a five-year lease agreement with an approximate
cost of $3,000 per year.
There was no discussion on this matter.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Resolution No. 343-25, and
recommends its adoption.
