HomeMy WebLinkAboutBIL 101 Draft 01 2024-2026AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 25-46, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND THE FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2026.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI‘I:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 25-46, as amended, is hereby further amended by establishing the following program appropriations:
PROGRAM AMOUNT
Roadway Projects
Bridge Inspection/Repair
Local Road Projects
$ 448,066.43
$ 298,710.95
$ 746,777.37
TOTAL:
$ 1,493,554.75
Allotments from these appropriations shall be made to specific projects, as identified on Exhibit “A”, attached hereto and made a part hereof.
SECTION 2. Funds for these projects shall be provided from fuel tax revenues, in excess of what was projected in Ordinance No. 23-18.
SECTION 3. If any provision of this ordinance is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or application, and to this end, the provisions of this ordinance are
declared to be severable.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
