ORDINANCE NO. 25 V),
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.25-46, AS AMENDED, RELATING
TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR JULY 1, 2025 TO JUNE 30, 2026.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`I:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 25-46, as amended, is hereby amended by adding the
following project:
ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT:
Kealakehe Wastewater Treatment Plant R-1 Upgrade $ 31,000,000
(1110-61-69686)
SECTION 2. Funds for this project shall be provided from:
General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund - $ 31,000,000
Fund Balance and/or other Sources
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
