NO on Bill 66 (General Plan 2045 IS NOT FOR THE PEOPLE!)
Aloha Hawaii County Council Members and Hawaii County Corporation Council:
As a Hamakua resident, I express my strong opposition to the Hawaii County General Plan 2045 in its
current form. The majority of it was not written by residents of Hawaii County, but "copied and pasted"
from outside influence from United Nations "Agenda 21", also known as "Agenda 2030" policies.
Please revise and amend the GP 2045 based on the numerous testimonies and suggestions you and
the Leeward and Windward Planning Commissions have received from Hawaii County residents.
Many General Plan 2045 polices are unconstitutional and are therefore illegal and not for residents'
best interests.
