Bill 66 ,Adopting the County of Hawaii General Plan 2045, and Communication 326
This email is a submission of my testimony to the Hawaii County Council. This issue is to be discussed on August 25 at 5
pm in Hilo.
I would like to support the draft Hawaii General Plan 2045. 1 also want to support the UN Agenda 2030. These are
rational goals and are the kind of goals a good government should implement.
In reading the draft Hawaii General Plan 2045, 1 was struck by the humane and civic -minded nature of the points.
