Please do not pass these bills.
Bill 66 at this reading encompasses a scope of narrative called climate change which has no scientific basis for
detrimental effects and the need for action based on climate change This is proven by many scientific facts if you do your
research.
Please look at the operative fact of successful progression of a current plan already in place. The ability to assess and
document progress from historical facts.
Step-by-step progress is the best use of energy. Everything is cyclic and comes to fruition with each activity already
implemented. When something is finished it creates organization with the knowledge that has been obtained and new
seeds to plant from that success. Careful planning comes from the wisdom handed down by the mana that is active.
Creating and rewriting a whole new roadmap is too costly time consuming and wastes funds and energy.
Having to assess what it cost to create a whole new agenda and plan has the factor of how to recoup those cost how
much more it cost in the end and how much more energy is expended and a learning curve to create a new direction
Much of the verbiage in this new general plan is a word salad which may sound nice but is too fluffy for actual focus
Clear and simple makes for intelligent creative ability.
