Addressing Climate Change for island wide health: 2025 AUG 21 M 7- 55
The topic of Climate Change is of extreme importance for this Council to research, study, and
conclude.
The unsupported and unscientific opinions that push man-made c02 generation as the cause of our
climate woes, are a death sentence for many inhabitants of Hawaii County because the present and
future prospects for a self -realizing, productive, and meaningful livelihood will betaken away from
many inhabitants of Hawaii County.
The criminals responsible for these deaths are hiding. They wear suits, and lab -coats, and have
occupations like investors, bankers, researchers, and politicians. Once a plan like this is passed into
law, courts, judges, attorneys, and police will enforce this plan through legal threat and the use of
force.
The global agenda to depopulate the planet is using climate -change as the excuse to institute
sweeping changes in the amount of oppression that can legally be used against the people. This is
what you are responsible for in GP2045.
You must do your utmost due diligence on behalf of the inhabitants of Hawaii County to research
climate change in the guise of man-made c02 generation.
Extremely obvious among the missing, and the most glaring void in the GP 2045, is what is termed
GeoEngineering. It is not addressed at all. You must declare this topic as the primary target of your
investigation. The aerosol spraying of our atmosphere with toxic materials, in conjunction with radio -
wave transmissions of various types and sources, are ongoing, and is the single most important
cause of local and global weather conditions.
You the Council must declare the study of GeoEngineering the most important item in your
deliberations into climate change, because GeoEngineering is truly man-made climate change,
ongoing right now, in real-time.
You the Council are at a major crossroads, never before faced by any Hawaii County Council.
Do you vote for the acceleration of complete external, treasonous control over the inhabitants,
through this WEF/UN based document called The County of -Hawaii General Plan 2045?
Or, do you choose freedom and liberty by deeply investigating GeoEngineering and include your
findings all that it represents into the plan?
You, and we, will bear the consequences of your decisions.
Do you the Council have the courage to level the playing field for the inhabitants of Hawaii County
against the elite controllers by serious investigation and re -writing this general plan?
Or do you the Council Go -along -to -get -along?
