Subject: General plan support
Thank you for taking my testimony.
I have lived on the Hamakua coast since 1978 and have seen a lot of changes. This plan represents many years of
thoughtful thinking and needs to be implemented now. Climate changes are real and affecting us now and this plan
represents the best way forward. There is no wishing it away. Preparedness is needed as resiliency and quick action can
hardly meet the speed that a changing world requires.
So please accept this plan and implement it.
