Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 102, reports as follows:
Bill No. 102, transmitted by Mayor C. Kimo Alameda via Communication No. 590, dated
October 16, 2025, amends Ordinance No. 25-45, as amended, the Operating Budget of the County
of Hawaii for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026.
This bill appropriates revenues in the Federal Grants — County of Hawaii Smart and Safe Intersection
Demonstration Project account ($3,360,000); and appropriates the same to the County of Hawaii Smart
and Safe Intersection Demonstration Project account.
There was no discussion on this matter.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 102, and recommends
its passage on first reading.
