SUBJECT: Transmitting Bill No. 63, Draft 2; An Ordinance Amending Chapter 25, Article 5,
of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2016 Edition, as Amended), Relating to
Dwellings.
Transmitted herewith is the above-entitled measure. During its meeting on October 22, 2025, the
Council amended Bill No. 63 with the contents of Communication No. 333.5, resulting in the
attached draft.
The Council then postponed Bill No. 63, as amended to Draft 2, to the meeting scheduled for
November 19, 2025.
