was adopted by the Commission on June 27, 1990, subject
to conditions, as listed.

the condition shall be deemed met upon the formal
issuance of the required water commitments by DWS.
Also, informs, that Condition H requires that an
archaeological data recovery and preservation plan be
submitted to the Department of Land and Natural
Resources-Historic Preservation Program and their
department for review and acceptance prior to submittal
of the preliminary plat map of the first increment,
which is due on or before May 27, 1991.

acknowledging receipt of her letter informing of the
progress in complying with the requirements of the
letter of Revised Tentative Subdivision Approval dated
October 10, 1989. States, compliance with the
conditions of Revised Tentative Subdivision Approval
shall be acknowledged upon notification by the
Departments of Public Works and Water Supply of
completion of the roadways and water system,
respectively.
Informs that final subdivision approval should have been
secured by August 5, 1990, pursuant to Condition C of
Ordinance No. 87-8. Further informs, a request for an
extension of time in which to comply with Condition C
shall be submitted within 30 days of receipt of his
letter, stating the reasons for the request, the status
of the proposed development and her compliance with the
conditions of approval, as stated in the ordinance.
Further, states, should they not hear from her within
the specified time frame, pursuant to Condition F, he
may initiate rezoning of the property to its original nr
more appropriate designation.

ANNUAL PROGRESS REPORT

has yet to be received, as required by Condition H.
Further, informs, that Final Plan Approval of Phase I of
the proposed development shall be secured on or before
Feburary 7, 1991, pursuant to Condition C of the
ordinance.
