The proposed <br />amendment is shown below in Ramseyer format with respect to the contents of Bill No. 63, Draft <br />2; material to be deleted is bracketed and stricken. Due to the limited scope of this proposed <br />amendment, a copy of the new draft of this bill that would result if the amendment were adopted <br />is not attached. <br />SECTION 2 of Bill No. 63, Draft 2, which amends chapter 25, article 5, division 13, section 25- <br />5-132 of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2016 Edition, as amended) by adding the following <br />paragraphs in subsection (a), is amended to read as follows: <br />"() Dwellings, double -family or duplex, provided that the maximum density is <br />one thousand two hundred and fifty square feet of land area per rentable unit <br />or dwelling unit." <br />"() Dwellings, multiple -family, provided that the maximum density is one <br />thousand two hundred and fifty square feet of land area per rentable unit or <br />dwelling unit." <br />«fit) Dwen:. .. io F :,.._1 <br />DMO:bm <br />Comm. <br />Ref.
