Attached please find copy of ordinance submitted for the Council's review and
consideration.
This bill proposes to amend Chapter 20, Articles 1 and 3, of the Hawaii County Code
1983 (1995 Edition) relating to refuse (recycling and diversion, littering).
It also proposes a new article to be added regarding a Recycling and Diversion Program.
