Subject: Strong Support for Res. # 234-25
Dear Council Members,
I urge your support of the above Resolution to end the U.S. Army's
Lease for Pohakuloa.
The continued military use (including bombing) of our precious
Hawai'i lands is a desecration.
There are so many reasons to oppose these leases: the
environmental destruction, the violation of Native Hawaiian beliefs,
the operation of military tactics in civilian lands.
Please end the military use of Pohakuloa.
