ORDINANCE NO. 25 8 3
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.25-46, AS AMENDED, RELATING
TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND THE FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR DULY 1, 2025 TO DUNE 30, 2026.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`I:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No, 25-46, as amended, is hereby amended by increasing the
following appropriation in the amount specified hereinbelow:
PUBLIC WORKS:
Mohouli Street Rehabilitation $ 635,000
(1110-31-38191)
Mohouli Street Rehabilitation - Federal $ 2,550,000
(1110-31-3 8190)
SECTION 2. Funds for this project shall be provided from:
General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund - $ 635,000
Fund Balance anchor other Sources
Federal Grants Receivable $ 2,550,000
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
