The reasons to vote for this are set out in the Resolution, which makes it clear that the U.S. Army and the State of Hawai'i have both failed to complete their legal responsibilities regarding the monitoring and protection of our earth, air, and water. It is your responsibility to vote for the Resolution, which is a vote for the health of us, your constituents, as well as a vote for holding our state and federal agencies to following the law. We need the army to stop the bombing and desecration. We need the state to refuse land swaps and lease renewals. We need the army to clean up, restore, and bioremediate our sacred land, which collects the water that allows us to live. We also need a full Ka Pa'akai analysis of Native Hawaiian cultural practices and resources, and we need you, our representatives of the County of Hawai'i, to push the state to stand up for our health, safety, and environment. Your supportfor Resolution No. 234 25 will be an important factor for myvote during our next at}gl fu@- elections. c c-ZC-' Sincerely, CC a'< -'n r Prana Mandoe z r— ,Z3 > Voter, South Hilo , w Comm.
