A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING AN APPROPRIATION OUT OF AND FROM A
DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING THE SAME TO A DESIGNATED
FUND ACCOUNT TO RETURN FUNDS AWARDED BY RESOLUTION NO. 249-25.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`I that the
following amount be and is hereby transferred as set forth hereinbelow:

OUT OF AND FROM: 1010-21-25139
CREDITED TO: 1010-11-10191
Dept of Liquor Control — Public Programs
Clerk -Council SVC — Contingency Relief
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall transmit a copy of this
resolution to the Director of the Department of Liquor Control and Director of Finance, and that
the latter is hereby authorized to make necessary transfers in accordance with the terms hereof.
