BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI‘I that the following amount be and is hereby transferred as set forth hereinbelow:

AMOUNT: $10,000
OUT OF AND FROM: 1010-21-25139 Dept of Liquor Control – Public Programs
CREDITED TO: 1010-11-10191 Clerk-Council SVC – Contingency Relief
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall transmit a copy of this resolution to the Director of the Department of Liquor Control and Director of Finance, and that the latter
is hereby authorized to make necessary transfers in accordance with the terms hereof.
