Re: Bill 83, Draft 2 -- Plastic Reduction Act

The County of Hawai'i Department of Liquor Control would consider reusable cup
service for its large events, which can be made from reusable clear plastics. However, the
inclusion of subsection (d) of section 3 which prohibits plastics, may prohibit the use of
reusable clear plastic service from being introduced to this County.
