SUBJECT: TRAFFIC CODE AMENDMENT
Division 8. Restrictions on certain vehicles for Hamakua District
The wording for the restricted classes of vehicles in schedule 41, under the Hamakua district, is obsolete
and confusing.
We request the Hawaii County Code, Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 8, Section 24-293, Schedule 41
use of certain streets by certain vehicles restricted under (a) Hamakua be amended as described in the
attached draft for an ordinance.
We ask for your review and consideration for adoption of the subject amendment. Should you have any
