Subject: Comment on COMM 445-Council Meeting 9-2-2025
Water situation in North Kohala has been subject to major disruption in last month. The Halaula well
is still not in service and as a result if the pumps fail in Hawi well #1 or the #2 we are subject to
disruption in water delivery. What is the status of the Halaula well and when will it be returned to
